How do you make sure my bike isn't damaged in transit?
We recover bikes the proper way, not slung on like a car. Your motorcycle sits in a wheel chock so it can't roll or fall, then it's held upright with soft straps run over the handlebars or frame — never bare ratchet hooks against your fairings or tank. We take the load through the suspension so the forks aren't over-compressed, and we secure everything so there's no movement on the road. It arrives exactly as it left.
Can you recover a bike after a drop or accident?
Yes. Dropped it, come off, or been in a collision — we'll recover the bike calmly and carefully without adding to any damage.
