How long does a jump start take?
The jump start itself usually takes just a few minutes once we reach you. From connecting up to your engine running again, most cars are sorted within five to ten minutes. The main wait is our travel time to your location, and we'll give you a realistic ETA when you call.
What if the car won't stay running after a jump?
Sometimes a battery or charging fault means the engine starts but won't hold once we disconnect, or it dies again shortly after. If that happens we'll tell you honestly and, rather than leave you stranded, recover your vehicle to your home, a garage or wherever suits so it can be repaired properly.
Could it damage my car's electronics?
